What is the Windows CE Knowledge Center?
This site is a knowledge base for Windows CE. Most of the
pages contain links to information found at other web sites. This site helps by
organizing the information in a way that is easier to find. Information on this site
is organized into the following sections:
How do I ...?
This section provides information that answers the question,
"How do I ...?" For example, How do I synchronize Windows CE with
Microsoft Outlook? Included will be content on this site, as well as links to other
sites which answer the question.
What is ...?
This section contains information that answers the question,
"What is...?" For example, What is Windows CE?
Where is ...?
This section contains information that answers the question,
"Where is ...?" For example, Where is the HP Month-At-A-Glance patch? The
section will consist primarily of links to other sites.
What's hot?
Here you will find links to the hottest Windows CE news.
A Pocket PC Version of this site is available at http://www.pocketpchow2.com.
What is the purpose of the Windows CE Knowledge Center?
The idea for this site comes from my experience as Assistant Forum
Manager of the Windows
CE Forum on MSN Computing Central.
Many of the messages posted in the forum are questions that fall into one of the three
categories above.
There are many sites on the web which are dedicated to Windows CE,
and most of these sites provide links to Windows CE software, or to news about Windows CE.
While they may contain information which answers the questions of How, What or
Where, finding that information can be difficult. It is my hope that this is where
this site will become useful.
