The road above is fourth avenue, and the structure immediately above is the new auditorium. To the immediate right of the picture is the playground. Where the auditorium stands there used to be a hill, and at the top and towards the back of the hill were the tennis courts. The auditorium is immediately in front of the old gymnasium which you can see at the right on the picture above and below.

This picture shows the complete front entrance to the auditorium. I took this picture standing in a new parking lot that is located on the north side of fourth avenue. This is very different from when I lived in Norway. Close your eyes and imagine standing at the front of the gymnasium and looking straight ahead. What do you remember seeing? The playground, fourth avenue, a hill going down, and a lake. At the bottom of that hill there used to be two tennis courts. This parking lot is located above where those courts used to be. During the construction of the auditorium they filled in the area where the courts used to be to make this parking lot.
